CrossFit Malmö is a strenght and conditioning facility, that focus on the development of the individuals performance, through professionel training.We effciently combinds training methods from weightlifting, running, rowing and gymnastic to produce the best results possible.
The facility will be full of CrossFitters of all ages and abilites improving there performance on a daily basic and having fun doing so.
The atmosphere of comradery, commitment and determination is unlike anywhere else.
We have no ego´s, no room for attitudes, only room for improvements and great results.

Jess Skov
- I have a career of over 10 years as a professionel soldier in the Royal Guards. This has been a exciting and challenging time, the majority of this time has been spend in a professionel unit, that have taken me all over the world to places like Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan.After returning home from Afghanistan in 2008 and to my involving in CrossFit Malmö in 2010, I held the position of platoon commander and physical director of training for the Royal Guards professional battalion, with the responsibility to coordinate, plan and oversee the training of 400 soldiers, with the goal to get them physical ready for deployment to Afghanistan.
After returning home I emergeed into CrossFit and in 2006 I started together with Lars
´´CrossFit The Royal Guards´´ which later became the first CrossFit Military affiliate in Europe.
I have a long history of teaching and physical education behind me, some of my credentials are:
Physical trainer level 3 (Next highest physical education inside the military)
US Physical trainer

- Training has always been a big part of my life, from playing elite badminton and soccer over to jumping parachute and doing long distance adventure runs.
Niclas Karlsson
Niclas er Instruktör vid CrossFit Malmö. Niclas har tidligare spelat fotboll på elitenivå och har en bakgrund inom löpning och bandy. Niclas kom i kontakt med CrossFit i 2008 och har sedan utövat CrossFit som sin primär träningsform.
Niclas har ett stort intresse av kost och hälsa och ser fram emot att hjälpa som många som möjligt att utvecklas utilfrån sina respektive förutsättningaroch lära sig naturliga och funktionella rörelser.
Till vardags studerar Niclas vid lunds universitet och läkarprogrammet.
