Dagens pass är Benchmarkpasset "Barbara" :-)
Benchmark workouts kan kun fungere hvis man holder Full Range of Motion
alltså att göra alla repetioner på ett så korrekt utförande som möjligt!
 

Better quality will always equal better results :-)

I just stumbled upon  this little piece that i wrote last time we did Barbara and I
think that it still have some quality points  :-) 

Range of Motion is king!!!

This is the fact that should drive all good training programs, no matter what they are called :-)

We rely heavily on time and stop watches to tells us how we are improving,  how we are becomming better, a great tool in our training used correctly. A horrible tool if used wrong!!

A´s CrossFit is becomming populuar many people around the world are becomming more and more obsessed with the time it takes them to do a WOD, rather then the quality of the work they do in the WOD.

If we begin to sacrifice our range of motion for a fast time, we are digging a hole for ourself, our times may improve but our state of fitness could very well go the other way. 

And in the end, we train to become better, not to become faster at a WOD. 

But are we becoming faster, because we are becoming better, now thats a 
whole nother matter ;-)


Rolle med en superb armhävning! höft och bröst möter marken i bottenläget
och raka armar i toppläget. Kroppen spikrak från början tillslut :-)

Daniel visar perfekt djup i knäböjen. Höften ska vara under knäets topp i bottenläget.
