Deadlift/Burpee/Pullups :-)

Work up to a heavy deadlift couplet, not a max effort, but a heavy lift with correct technic.
Then with a partner, 10 rounds each of: 3 Deadlifts (120/90kg), 6 Burpees and 9 Pullups. 

 

Full house in the morning :-)
Start the day with a wonderfull WOD then you are of to a good start :-)
