Overhead Squat :-)

The Ultimate Exercise ??
Alot of exercises are beneficial for us and our body, but few are as good for us as the Overhead squat.
Not only does it build muscle, it increase our mobility, strenghten our midline, improve body control and create confident under heavy weights :-)

So time spend learning or becomming better at the OverHead Squat will pay off tenfold :-)

 


Christian being all he can be :-)

5 weeks in the Be all you can be challenge and Christian is kicking ass and
taking names, and looks like a force to be reckoned with, when we are all done :-)
10 Kg weight have vanished and we still have 2-3 weeks left :-)
