Pretty simple ;-)

Squat is one of the best if not the best exercise we can do, lean to love the Squat and the body will learn to love you :-)

Here´s a short list of why that is :-)

 

  • build strength and enhance power 
  • add body muscle
  • develop core strength 
  • injury prevention
  • knee tracking, stability
  • glute, quad, hamstring activation
  • ankle mobility 
  • hip mobility 
  • confidence

And this was just the short list ;-) 

Today :

5 Back Squat 75% + 10 Pull up
4 Back Squat 80% + 10 Pull up
3 Back Squat 85% + 10 Pull up
2 Back Squat 90% + 10 Pull up
2 Back Squat 90% + 10 Pull up
2 Back Squat 90% + 10 Pull up
