Squat is one of the best if not the best exercise we can do, lean to love the Squat and the body will learn to love you :-)
Here´s a short list of why that is :-)
- build strength and enhance power
- add body muscle
- develop core strength
- injury prevention
- knee tracking, stability
- glute, quad, hamstring activation
- ankle mobility
- hip mobility
- confidence

5 Back Squat 75% + 10 Pull up
4 Back Squat 80% + 10 Pull up
3 Back Squat 85% + 10 Pull up
2 Back Squat 90% + 10 Pull up
2 Back Squat 90% + 10 Pull up
2 Back Squat 90% + 10 Pull up
Juanita with an impressive 80 kg Back squat (And it looked easy :-) x 2
